Daniele Herbert, Logistics
Before becoming a very successful self-made millionaire and entrepreneur, Daniele worked as a senior business analyst for 7 years in the Procurement Division of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). There, Daniele wrote policies and procedures that governed all procurement operations in the CRA. With a broad understanding of procurement she oversaw numerous projects and other priorities within the Division. Before her years in the Canadian federal government, Daniele helped launch MERX, the most comprehensive source of public and private sector business opportunities in Canada.

Susan Emry, Controller
Susan Emry, has more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience directing as many as 200 employees in companies with revenues in excess of $5 million. Susan has led these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.
Prior to starting her own private consulting business, Susan was the Executive Assistant to a CPA Firm in Pasadena, California. In her experience there, she worked with clients and their financial statement preparations from 1 million to 10 Million. She since has been a consultant with the firm and leads corporate business development and new client implementation.
She has spent 10+ years at various positions from Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer and Controller in a variety of industries, including motor coach & transit bus upholstery, consumer durables, building products, construction and financial services. With a strong knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, Susan has been responsible for multiple client budgets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
Her understanding of both domestic and international distribution channels encompasses retail sales, wholesale, OEM, catalogue sales, direct sales, leasing and government markets.
Among her significant previous positions, Susan serves as Controller of Sardo Bus & Coach Upholstery a National leader in the Motor Coach Industry.
